In 2014, Sarto’s, Denver’s hot new restaurant concept in the emerging Jefferson Park
(Jefferson Square) neighborhood hired DPP to help with its grand opening and ongoing
PR. DPP created an aggressive strategic PR plan to build buzz about the as well as the
restaurant (opened January 2015) in order to garner brand awareness in each of the
three primary target demographics: consumers, media and community partners. The PR
campaign served to create overall brand awareness of Sarto’s in the local, regional and
Northern Italian cuisine, cocktails, beer and wine-centric restaurant markets.
