In February 2013, the highly anticipated Old Major restaurant opened in the popular Lower Highland neighborhood. Led by renowned Executive Chef Justin Brunson, the elevated farmhouse kitchen concept focuses on heritage-raised meats, sustainable seafood and ingredients sourced directly from local farms.
The restaurant hired DPP Communications to build awareness and buzz through pre, present and post opening PR efforts. The team communicated constant messages to consumers and media about Denver eatery that offers a deformalized fine dining setting and service that is inviting to guests, but offers the finest products and service from the top restaurant professionals in the city. Through media events, exclusive tours, menu tasting’s, interview opportunities to date, the restaurant is currently one of the hottest reservations in town.
